- Batch website creation
- Website content updates and maintenance
- Automatic SEO optimization
- Automatically upload generated content to your own GitHub repository and deploy to your Vercel account
Service Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at any time, with prior notice to users.
You understand and agree that our services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
3. User Accounts
You need to register an account to use some or all of AffX services.
You are responsible for keeping your account information secure, including:
- Not sharing your account with others
- Not sharing your GitHub Token and Vercel Token with others
You bear full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
If you discover that your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
4. Usage Guidelines
You agree not to use AffX services for any illegal purpose.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Generating content that violates laws and regulations
- Content that infringes upon others' intellectual property rights
- Fraudulent or misleading content
- Spam or automated abuse
- Attempting to hack or infiltrate others' websites
- Large-scale cyber attacks
You are fully responsible for the content of websites generated through AffX.
Violation of usage guidelines may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
5. Payment and Refunds
1. Payment
Transparent pricing with clear deduction rules. You can view detailed pricing and rules on the Pricing page.
Payments are processed through third-party payment platforms. We are not responsible for issues during the payment process.
2. Refund Policy
- You may request a refund when the remaining time on your plan is 10 days or more.
- No refunds are provided for services already used.
6. Intellectual Property
AffX retains all intellectual property rights to its services.
You retain intellectual property rights to website content generated through AffX, subject to the following conditions:
- The AI technology and related code used in generating content belong to AffX.
- You must ensure you have legal rights to use all materials in the generated content.
- If third-party claims arise due to content infringement, you bear full responsibility.
You grant AffX the right to use content you submit for the purpose of providing services.
7. Privacy Protection
The types of information we collect include:
- Account registration information (email, password (collected only for email/password login users), etc.)
- Third-party platform authorization information (GitHub, Vercel, etc.)
- Website generation configuration information
- Usage logs

8. Disclaimer
AffX is not responsible for the following:
- Service interruptions due to force majeure
- Service issues caused by third-party platforms (GitHub, Vercel, etc.)
- Losses caused by user operational errors
- Changes in search engine rankings of generated websites
- Legal consequences arising from user violations of usage guidelines
In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant services.
9. Terms Modification
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Significant changes to the terms will be notified via in-site messages or email.
If you do not agree with the modified terms, you may stop using our services.
10. Termination
You may stop using AffX services at any time.
If you violate these Terms of Service, we have the right to immediately terminate your account and services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first seek resolution through friendly negotiation.
If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a court of competent jurisdiction.
